Join us in Winnett for an engaging evening at the Petroleum County Community Center as we explore the challenges, opportunities and rewards of farm and ranch succession planning!
At 5 p.m. we’ll enjoy dinner and meaningful conversation. As we gather around the table, AgWest Farm Credit family business facilitator Michael Stolp will spark thoughtful dialogue on preserving your legacy and planning for the future of your farm or ranch. It’s a chance to connect, share stories and learn from one another in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
At 6:15 p.m. the founder of the Reframing Rural podcast, Megan Torgerson, will play a preview of her upcoming season Succession Stories, created in collaboration with Winnett ACES.
Then a lively panel conversation and Q&A will begin featuring seasoned succession experts: Michael Stolp, Head of Learning, Research and Insights at AgWest Farm Credit, Dr. Marsha Goetting, Professor and Extension Family Economics Specialist and Stacie Arntzen, Certified Public Accountant.
The panel will be recorded to share on the Reframing Rural podcast later this year.
