Winnett ACES hires new Education & Outreach Coordinator

Winnett ACES is excited to announce a new position and a new face! Beginning October 1, Kendall Wojcik will be the new Winnett ACES Education and Outreach Coordinator. She will focus on putting together educational programming for producers as well as outreach to the public about agriculture, grasslands, and rural communities.

Kendall grew up in a small town in western Colorado where her family farmed and operated a backcountry hunting business. A love for the natural world was instilled in her at a young age and she loves working on issues related to soil science, rural community resilience, and spreading awareness of positive agricultural practices through storytelling. She obtained her B.S. in Agroecology from Montana State University in 2017 and will be awarded a M.S. in Land Resources and Environmental Science this December. In her free time she enjoys backcountry hunting and camping and pursues her passion for leather work as often as she can.

We look forward to welcoming Kendall into the Winnett ACES Team and Community.

You can reach Kendall at (406) 464-4093 or winnett.aces.education@gmail.com.
